2. Products: We sell digital products, including e-books (PDF), spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), templates, and toolkits. All products are delivered digitally via email or download link.
3. Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Strikethrough prices represent the original/regular price.
4. Payment: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We do not store your payment information.
5. Delivery: Digital products are delivered instantly via email after successful payment. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, contact us at hello@brandfinity.in.
6. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us, and we will resolve them.
7. Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Brandfinity. Products are for personal and business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased products is prohibited.
